RESTAURANT UMARELL OPENS RESERVATIONS

By now, you are likely aware that Oliver Ingrosso and Louise Johansson are opening Restaurant Umarell on the ground floor of our palace, a venue dedicated to celebrating Italian cuisine and its subtle details. With Umarell’s launch, it is time for our palace to open its doors for the first time, brought to life through Louise and Oliver’s culinary vision.

“Serving authentic Italian food is a given, but the menu should also reflect the atmosphere. While we won’t be serving tweezer food, every dish will have an elegant touch, while at the same time softening the grandeur of the venue. At Umarell, you should feel just as welcome to drop by spontaneously for something light as you would for a charming date night or a special celebration,” says Oliver Ingrosso.

Reservations for Umarell open on Wednesday, August 13, with the first tables available from September 3.
