In Gothenburg, Gustav Trägårdh is today best known for his restaurant Gurras on Postgatan, a true staple of the Gothenburg’s dining scene. But Gustav has many more reasons to be considered a culinary profile. He has been co-owner and head chef at Sjömagasinet, another of Gothenburg’s classic restaurants. He is also widely recognized for winning Kockarnas Kamp in 2014, as well as the prestigious title of Årets Kock in 2010.
We at Dicksonska are delighted to welcome Gustav Trägårdh as the chef behind this year’s Christmas buffet in our banquet hall. Together with the legacy of Sjömagasinet, we believe this will be a Christmas buffet perfectly suited for Gothenburg. A historic venue combined with one of Sweden’s most cherished traditions – infused with Gustav’s creativity in the kitchen – promises a unique and memorable experience. Everyone who has visited Gurras can testify to Trägårdh’s imaginative cooking, and this will no doubt result in an exciting holiday menu.
