1–30 guests
Cancellations or rescheduling of the entire party must be made no later than 14 days before the booked date via email.
For cancellations made later than 14 days before the visit, a fee of SEK 500 per guest will be charged.
If no cancellation is made and guests do not show up, the full price of the Christmas feast for the booked date will be charged.
Reduction in the number of guests by up to 50% of the original number is allowed, but must be communicated no later than 7 days before the visit. For reductions communicated later, SEK 500 per absent guest will be charged.
31 guests or more
Cancellations or rescheduling of the entire party must be made no later than 30 days before the booked date via email.
For cancellations made later than 30 days before the visit, a fee of SEK 500 per guest will be charged.
If no cancellation is made and guests do not show up, the full price of the Christmas feast for the booked date will be charged.

Invoicing
Invoicing is available upon approved request.
Please inform us of this via email no later than 30 days before your visit.
If invoicing is approved, a prepayment invoice of SEK 895 per booked guest will be issued. This amount is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Additional information
Please note that we do not accept cancellations by phone.
A cancellation confirmation will be sent by email once we have processed your cancellation. If you do not receive such confirmation, it means the booking is still active and has not been cancelled — please contact us directly.
Payment
Dicksonska Palatset is entirely cash-free.
We accept Visa, American Express, and MasterCard. Please note that the entire bill must be paid on site. For bill splitting over more than two cards, this will be managed through a digital purchase, and the person who made the booking is responsible for ensuring the full bill is paid.
